INFRARED SCULPT · MAT
Three methods. All lightly heated.
The Intro 4 Mat covers all three. Mix them however you like.
FIRSTCLASS SCULPT
Pilates-based, high-repetition work with weights and resistance. Arms, core, glutes and legs, done with control.
FIRSTCLASS STRENGTH
Heavier weights, controlled tempo, progressive sets. Built for strength, stability and endurance.
NONSTOP
Continuous movement, minimal recovery. Athletic sequencing from the first minute to the last.
REFORMER · BY INQUIRY
Two Reformer methods. Six machines per class.
The Intro 4 Reformer covers both. After your intro, ongoing Reformer access is by inquiry.
FIRSTCLASS REFORMER
Our signature Reformer class. Pilates principles with athletic movement and controlled resistance. Strength, stability and deep core work, start to finish.
THE UPGRADE
The advanced take on FIRSTCLASS Reformer. Harder transitions, more resistance and a faster pace, for clients ready to go further.

QUESTIONS
Before your first class.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Every Mat and Reformer class is built for all levels.
How long do I have?
Intro 4 packs expire 30 days after purchase. The Two Week Unlimited runs 14 consecutive days from your first class.
How do I book?
After purchase, book any class in your pack on our schedule at firstclassform.co.
How hot does it get?
Infrared heats your body, not the room. The room sits around 80 to 85°F, depending on how full the class is. You'll feel the warmth build as you move. Bring water and stay hydrated.
